Why we created Columbus Emotional Health

When your mental health suffers, it can become hard to enjoy life. You may start to feel run down, both mentally and physically. Mental health is an important part of overall health, so it’s important to work to become emotionally healthy.

Being emotionally healthy doesn’t mean you’re happy all the time. Emotionally healthy people still feel stress, anger, and sadness, but they know how to manage these feelings. They can tell when a problem is more than they can handle on their own and know when to seek help from their doctor.

If you believe you or someone you care about is suffering a mental health crisis or other medical emergency, contact your doctor immediately or call 911.
